INTERNAZIONALE
International mobility recognition
The mobility of students for study and / or internship purposes is supported by the stipulation of “interinstitutional agreements” with other foreign partner institutions.
The activation of a new bilateral agreement takes place at the request of the coordinator of the Institute, who is the didactic reference. The responsibilities of the didactic coordinator concern both incoming and outgoing mobility. After a preparatory phase developed, in coordination with a teacher and / or coordinator of the foreign institution, a specific Interinstitutional Agreement is stipulated for each new agreement, which specifies the number of students and / or teachers on the move: subject areas, duration of the flows of mobility, language requirements and a range of useful information for students, such as the training program, directions for accommodation and insurance coverage at partner institutions.
ITS Cuccovillo guarantees the quality of the selection procedures of foreign institutions with which to enter into agreements. In particular, it takes care to verify the existence of the following key pre-requisites:
- transparent program descriptions, including learning outcomes, credits, learning and teaching approaches and assessment methods;
- learning, teaching and assessment methods accepted by the home institution without the student having to take any additional work or exams;
- quality duly ensured according to the respective national systems.
Agreements can be made not only with institutions offering similar programs, but also with those providing complementary programs. Furthermore, interinstitutional agreements for teaching are promoted, aimed at the mobility of teachers in order to: encourage ITS to expand and enrich the contents of the courses offered; enable students who are unable to participate in a mobility program to benefit from the knowledge and skills of teaching staff from other higher education institutions and staff from companies from other European countries; promote the exchange of experiences and know-how on pedagogical methods.
